How does it work?

  • We offer a variety of packages to suit your event, from BYO, cash or tab style, or all inclusive!

    BYO
    We bring the bar, bartenders and all the drinks of the trade. You just need to take care of the drinks.

    • Bubbles, Brews & Spirits - Beer, wine, soft drink and spirits

    • First Sip - Beer, wine, soft drink, spirits & 1 hour of cocktails

    • Signature Sip - Beer, wine, spirits, soft drink & cocktails all night

    Beverage Packages
    We take care of everything, including the alcohol so you have more time to spend on the dance floor. All of our beverage packages are a simple per head price with packages starting from $42 per person

    • Bubbles & Brews - Beer, wine & soft drink service

    • Spirits - Beer, wine, soft drink and spirits

    • First Sip - Beer, wine, soft drink, spirits & 1 hour of cocktails

    • Signature Sip - Beer, wine, spirits, soft drink & cocktails all night

    Every package comes with the following:

    • A team of bar staff - don't stress we will make sure there is enough for the size of your event.

    • Your choice of one of our bespoke bars, subject to availability

    • Quality Glassware - we don't believe cocktails should be enjoyed in plastic.

    • All the bar equipment

    • Ice

    • Cocktail Garnishes

    • Water dispensers to keep everyone hydrated

  • Simply fill out our enquiry form with your event location, date, and number of guests, and let us tailor a quote for you. If you don't have some of this information yet, don’t stress, we can still help.

  • We will assist with the shopping list to make sure your guests don’t miss out.

  • The team will arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to make sure everything’s looking slick and service-ready for the main event.

    Then The Vintage Bar Co. does what it does best. Adding a bit of extra flair to make your event unforgettable.

  • Once your booking is all locked in we can start the serious planning. We’ll give you a list based on the number of people attending so your shopping trip will be a breeze.

  • Yes, we will need access to power so all our little gadgets can get the juice they need to let us do our thing. We bring water with us but if there is water available, we’ll love you even more.

  • We highly recommend hiring a cool room to store and chill your drinks prior to our arrival.

  • We aim to arrive a minimum of 1 hour before the event start to make sure we’re all good to go and ready to make your event a little bit magical.

  • Absolutely! If mocktails are more your thing we can work on a special menu just for you.

  • We love a road trip! Reach out to our team to get a tailored quote for your next event.

  • Even though he hates to admit it, Frankie is getting on a bit so he doesn’t usually pull all-nighters. But we’re happy to discuss overnight arrangement if needed.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t take any rubbish with us. It makes Frankie cranky. So check with your venue about their requirements for waste.

  • We usually have you covered with two pro-bartenders. But let us know if you need extra reinforcements and we’ll see what we can do!

  • We are now licensed and can offer both BYO and Licensed packages.
